Consumers + Data + Common Sense
A robust Revenue Strategy needs to be data driven and holistic. The approach must consider dynamics of the category, customers/channels, competition and - most importantly - the consumer.
Overarching to all data analytics & recommendations must be common sense. This sounds basic, yet it's not always applied. My approach helps remove bias by asking "Does this pass the sniff test?", "Have you or others seen results of this magnitude before?", "Think of someone you personally know who your target consumer is...what would he/she do?".
Let data drive conclusions and let common sense help drive decisions.
25 Years of Cross Functional Experience
When I was asked to be part of an original RGM organization my response was "I don't know anything about RGM". I quickly learned I was being asked for my experience in sales, trade management, demand planning & supply chain with my passion for data analytics and financial acumen.
In 2018 I took my cross functional experience into RGM where my expertise grew & the incredible results validated RGM as a function and mindset was here to stay. I've delivered record-breaking growth, helped build RGM organizations, was an active member of RGM Share Groups (CPG) and a speaker at POI.
My holistic approach to RGM, knowledge of best practices & practical framework has been recognized by peers as industry leading. In addition, my deep understanding of channel dynamics (EDLP, Hi/Lo, Club & eCommerce) and experience in sales enables me to bring realistic and executable recommendations to the table.
